0Keith and Mark are the secondary antagonists-turned-supporting characters in the 2022 Warner Bros. animated movie DC League of Super-Pets.
They are former school pets who became ice/water and fire elemental mutant henchmen after receiving powers from Lulu by using her orange kryptonite crystal and after she betrayed them, they were later adopted by Aquaman and Cyborg.
Keith is voiced by Thomas Middleditch who also portrayed Sam Coleman in Godzilla: King of the Monsters, Harold Hutchins in Captain Underpants: The First Epic Movie and Penn Zero in Penn Zero: Part-Time Hero.
Mark is voiced by Ben Schwartz who also voiced Sonic the Hedgehog in the 2020 live-action movie and its 2022 sequel, Dewey Duck in DuckTales, Randy Cunningham in 9th Grade Ninja and Leonardo in Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Bananar in The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part.
