Kerbal Space Program PS4 Advanced Construction Guide.
I experienced a problem during the alignment stage, and noticed the hatch on the crew pod must be facing away from the hangar doors - It helps if the hatch location is noted and the radial coupler is placed horizontally to the hatch.
This is done by going into cursor mode, selecting the pod and holding L1 whilst pressing the d-pad left or right to rotate.
I also experienced a slight problem with the 'action group' section of the tutorial due to lack of supporting information.
The group selection is done by navigating to the group action column by pressing R1/L1 whilst the component menu is selected, and using the analogue or cursor to select 'Abort' then clicking on the components on your vehicle and then selecting the following:
TD-12 Decoupler: Decouple
LV-909 Terrier: Shutdown
LV-T45 Swivel: Shutdown
TT-38K Radial Decoupler: Decouple
