The Firespitter pack includes an electrically driven propeller, so I built a solar powered plane that can match the speed of rotation of Kerbin. Kerbin rotates at 175m/s at the equator so if you can go that fast then you can keep the sun above you.

This does however take at least 6 hours, so I setup mechjeb to hold the stick for me while I went to bed. No Narration, just some relaxing music and the planet Kerbin beneath us - think of it as a bonus video.
