Have you ever wondered exactly how DOS action games read directly from the keyboard instead of using the standard keyboard-input routine which has a built-in delay and relies on getting repeated key inputs rather than directly monitoring whether the key was pressed or not? Well, we _sort of_ answer that question in the video, although I'm still left with a couple of questions at the end.
