Wanted to re-upload a better looking version of this strat because of a dropped input from earlier. Basically you want to parry his 1st attack while entering Final Form, quickly get 4 Jumps, use them, then do the normal combo with Firaga to stunlock him like normal. Once you do the 2nd finisher in Final Form where you drop down, immediately revert, use a Elixir or Megalixir, and use 2 Thundagas right before he gets away.

Once he starts his Raining Spears attack, you want to get 8 Jumps as Normal Sora so that you can keep his HP to where it's not in 3rd phase yet. After you use those jumps, immediately glide away really quick and get ready to use a single Reflega when he lunges at you.

When he lunges at you again, use another Reflega into Flash Step, then a full aerial combo with Horizontal Slashes and make sure the 2 finishers hit him. Once he jumps away again, grab all 9 Jumps and re-enter Final Form again right before the last part of his Raining Spears attack.

After using all 9 Jumps, do the same set of combos as before and it should kill him. If it doesn't, then you either need to reset or you can't do Quick RC Release on Luxord. This saves about 10 seconds over the Master Form + Final Form strat.
