This was much easier than I thought. The Blizzard method worked perfectly in the final phase of the fight. I prefer to not waste my MP on the first phase for not finish them on the last one. Mulan's Limit does crappy damage at LV1, use it only for defense, not for inflict damage to Shan Yu. Without the Blizzard method the falcon would hit Sora when Shan Yu does his ultimate attack
