If the step 1 or 2 did not work,(It did not for some people) you can "skip" them by replacing it by eight zeros (00000000) and do not pick another address if you're not sure 100% it is the good one.
YOU CANNOT SKIP STEP 3,4, or 5
Skipping the first step will make some characters do T-stance (During an half second for Axel and Roxas) and skipping the second will make the head of customized characters disapear if the camera is too close.
I will do some tests and afterthoughts with differents computer to fix these pendings problems
