The beard was a thing I was having fun with at the time. It no longer exists but we will now always have this video to remember it.

Anyway, so the last video I made was back in MAY LAST YEAR. It's been a while, huh? I obviously initially planned to have this video done back ~July or so last year, which is when I believe I recorded this. Next thing I knew, it was the following year and the DLC was out. Then I got addicted to FFVII Remake. Then... let's just say my attempts at completing projects this Summer fell apart. In the meantime, I managed to edit down the recording but I still needed to make a final draft and my editing software started to bug out on me around this time. I finally got a new one last month and after putting it off long enough, I pushed myself to finish this. I didn't want my first video back after months of absence to be anything else, but the sheer size and length of it was daunting, to say the least.

I wanted to have this done for the 26th, which was when I ended up cramming the editing, because I wanted to drop it on the anniversary of my KH story summary video, which was a big one for my channel. In the end, I couldn't even manage that. Still, it's done. 2020's been a rough year, but I'm doing whatever I can to end it on a high note.

I do mention a couple of times that making videos has become less of a passion for me lately. To an extent, that's true. I think part of it is my lack of free time and not feeling much of a sense of accomplishment in general lately bogging me down, but another part of it is technical limitations, since my last editing software had been doing my head in for a while and while the new one is much better, I'm still having storage issues on my PC that makes getting videos together to make that much more of a trial. Editing has never been something I've enjoyed that much and my circumstances, as opposed to back in "ye goode olde days", have just aggravated everything.

Sorry for venting a bit. All of this is just to say I hope you understand if I go dark a bit once in a while. I'm not dead and I'm not forgetting the channel. It's just a fight sometimes to get videos made. I am sorry for the absences, but rest assured I'll keep making videos and I hope you guys are still interested in watching them. To those of you who continue to stick with my channel, watch my videos and wait for the next ones, thank you so much. It's honestly such an uplifting thing to hear that you enjoy the silly little things I make.

So yeah, these are my in-depth thoughts on Kingdom Hearts III shortly after I finished the game for the first time! I get through all of the big discussion points about the game that I had to go over, even if I do rant and ramble far too much. The DLC has really patched a lot of my biggest issues with the game and given us much more to enjoy (though those secret bosses are BRUTAL)! I still stand by pretty much everything I said in this video, but if there's anything specific I didn't cover that you'd like to hear about or talk about, let me know!
