Oogie is one of the easiest bosses in the game, if not the easiest. It's super gimmicky, but the difference is once you know how he plays it's extremely easy. On top of not using Duels at all, I threw in another amusing restriction of not attacking Oogie unless you get the Gimmick Card. Meaning even if you lower the gate, you must stun him to attack.

Low HP (110 seems lowest possible, you're forced unlike Sora's story to level up HP twice)

*Strategy*

You get a really good Deck for Halloween Town, so it's easy to break any card Oogie throws out. What you want to do in this fight is card break him when he throws the purple dice. This turns them into red dice. If you attack the red dice, there's a chance it can drop a Gimmick Card. The Gimmick Card in this fight lowers the gate completely down AND stuns Oogie. If you don't get the Gimmick Card, you just have to keep breaking him to lower the gate until it falls.

If you lower it completely and DON'T stun him, he can still attack you, but it's not as scary as you think, especially with a deck like this.

As for not breaking his dice attacks, it does things like spawn enemies near you or create obstacles. If this world didn't have such a great deck, it'd actually be an interesting challenge to fight Oogie.
