This is the Gameplay Walkthrough of Destroy All Human! 2 - Reprobed (2022). This Guide will show you how to complete all the optional objective(s) in Mission 16: You Only Live 137 Times

Use grenades to kill enemies – After entering the base there will be humans shooting grenades at you and also some big mechs shooting grenades. Pick up the grenades using PK :r1: and throw them back at enemies to kill them. The grenade has to be the killing blow. Not all enemies die in a single grenade hit, it’s best to weaken them first. Also watch out that Natalya doesn’t kill too many enemies. You must kill a total of 3 enemies using grenades.
Use the Gastro Gun to kill enemies – After unlocking this weapon, spawn it wth :r2: and have it kill 7 enemies. It’s a passive robot that auto-aims at enemies.
Kill KGB Agents on the way out – When you have to escape through the burning tunnel, there will be some KGB enemies on the walkways, be sure to kill them before reaching the end of the tunnel (this ends the mission).

Destroy All Humans 2 Reprobed (Remake) has 71 Optional Mission Objectives across 28 Main Missions. Finishing all Optional Objectives unlocks The Optional Mandate trophy and achievement. The game is divided into 5 Maps, each contains a few main missions. This guide shows how to finish all Optional Mission Objectives.
None of the optional objectives are missable. You can replay missions at any time by visiting and Saucer Landing Site, which is marked on the map by a saucer icon, and selecting the Holopoxdeck from it. This lets you replay everything and you can even add modifiers (cheats). Using these modifiers is allowed and doesn’t void anything. For some objectives it’s actually easier to replay the mission with a modifier later, such as infinite ammo and invincibility. This makes otherwise tricky objectives incredibly easy. Side Quests aren’t needed for the trophy.
