Looks like Killer Instinct on the Xbox One internally runs at 90fps, that's why it's so smooth and has great hit detection and net code. Although the finished product is a silky 60fps as to what we actually play on our consoles. This is pretty impressive and shows why GAMEPLAY is more important than anything else.
