This video features me (LouieBee), Hoopy (Alan/My dad), and some weirdo by the name of Thomas (Horonelius) as we embark on one of the many versions of Doom 2's first map: KF-DooM_2_MAP01_v3

There are so many versions of Doom 2's MAP01 (which I keep calling E1M1 for some reason) on Killing Floor. I am nulled to the layout and design of this classic level. This version of MAP01 is the closest in look to the original minus a few quirks like a stairway that folds out into a newly made trader area.

I suppose Sandy Petersen's MAP01 has always been an accomplishment in level design and no doubt that is why the likes of Kill Master have chosen to convert Doom 2's iconic first map, yet so many of them are such faithful remakes, I do wish some modders would do things a little different with the design of the map itself.
