Everybody should learn that it's always better to heal team mates rather than yourself, to earn the extra cash and heal twice as much (50% syringe usage vs 100%), unless you're in dire need for healing. Game would've gone better at the boss wave if our ad-hoc medic didn't get blown up by the rocket almost immediately.
