Well, once again it is Summer - and time for Tripwire Interactive's Annual Summer Sideshow Event! You've seen the Summer Carnival. You've been through the Hellride. This year we present, for your delectation, Ringmaster Lockheart's Pier of Pain! This wonderful old steampunk-themed pier has been taken over by Horzine's summer horrors - and the place needs cleaning up...

But wait! There's more!

This isn't any ordinary summer special map. This one showcases the brand new OBJECTIVE MODE for Killing Floor. A new game mode - and a complete set of tools to enable you to build your own! Remember all those "Story Mode" maps? Now the tools are there to rebuild all that and more. Do I detect a mapping contest coming soon? Does Pukey the Clown puke in the woods? Well, technically, he pukes anywhere and everywhere, but you get the idea... And new Achievements - we wouldn't forget those!

This summer we have new characters for you. Mr Foster finally gets some company - Mrs Foster as a new Premium DLC Character! Seems only fair... and there is also the Steampunk version of Mrs Foster, who you can unlock to add to your collection.

And, as a thank-you to everyone who has bought Rising Storm, we've got a little present for you: your very own Tommy Gun in Killing Floor, if you own Rising Storm.

Guns. Who doesn't want more guns? For the bling collectors, we present the second set of charmingly (if not tastefully) gold-plated weapons. Dual Golden Deagles anyone?
