King Charles invites Kate Middleton's 'best friend' to a royal garden party at Buckingham Palace.
King Charles has invited Princess of Wales Kate Middleton's 'best pal' to the royal garden party at Buckingham Palace.
According to the Daily Mail, Tony Hudgell, a nine-year-old from Kent, is a British fundraiser who won the Pride of Britain Award.
According to the article, Tony, who was severely beaten by his parents and had to have his legs amputated, has seen Kate Middleton and Prince William on several occasions.
Tony's adoptive mother, Paula Hudgell, turned to X (previously Twitter) to reveal that her son had gotten an invitation from the king.
She tweeted, “Tony is over the moon and excited to have been invited by The King to the Royal Garden Party at Buckingham Palace this Wednesday - let's hope the sun is shinning @theroyalfamily.”
She shared a snapshot of Tony clutching the invitation and smiling as he shows it to the camera.
