This is Episode 8 of my Disgaea PC Let's Play Series. The first video game within the Disgaea series is a game that I played as a kid. It was my first ever experience with a video game in the SRPG (Strategy Role Playing Game) genre. I was introduced to it through my cousin, who at the time was playing the first version of Disgaea 1: Disgaea Hour of Darkness. Disgaea 1 has been re-released many times. Firstly as Disgaea Afternoon of Darkness, Disgaea DS, Disgaea PC and finally, Disgaea 1 Complete. Although personally I find Disgaea 1 Complete to be the best version to play with all of it's quality of life improvements and modern art style, I will be covering Disgaea PC for no other reason than I just wanted to play on my PC and wanted the experience of unlocking all of the achievements again. Disgaea PC is just the PC port of Disgaea Afternoon of Darkness. For all newcomers to the series, I recommend picking up Disgaea 1 Complete which is available on the PS4 and Nintendo Switch.
