This quest is a prerequisite for A Woman's Lot DLC and the 'Talmberger' trophy/achievement.

Quest starts at 3:29, after asking "Can I help in any way?"

A Woman's Lot Trophy Guide:

https://psnprofiles.com/guide/10754-kingdom-come-deliverance-a-womans-lot-dlc-trophy-guide

Location: Sasau Monastery
Quest giver: Johanka
Time limit: Three days, until the first patient dies; clock starts ticking upon quest start
Availability: From Awakening (#4) onwards

The quest will be pretty straightforward if you gather what's needed the day before. If you speak to Johanka the next morning, you should have no trouble completing it in one or two days. Optional objectives can safely be ignored.

Requirements:

- Completion of A Man of the Cloth recommended, but not critical

- Artemisia Potion: bought from Rattay Apothecary, or made with ingredients bought from Nicodemus (2x Wormwood, 1x Sage) 1:42

- 1 x Comfrey: bought from Nicodemus

- 10 x Bandages: bought from Nicodemus

- Optional: First Aid II (Main Level 8 perk) to bandage Hannes yourself (or ask Nicodemus)

- Optional: First aid III (Main Level 10 perk) to set Thomas' broken leg (or visit the Rattay Executioner)

- Optional: Lullaby Potion; bought from Bathhouse proprietor, or made with ingredients bought from Nicodemus (Poppy, Thistle, Herb Paris) 0:30

- Optional: Bard Potion when speaking to the Custodian (speech level 11-14) during a cutscene, and again to convince him to offer more supplies

- Optional: 150 Gr. to pay for supplies

- Optional: 100 x Meat to give to Johanka, can be bought from the Butcher just south of the Monastery (completing this objective doesn't seem to add to your reputation)

Walkthrough:

Speak to Johanka at Sasau Monastery to find out she's been taking care of the sick and wounded from Skalitz. She'll mention someone named Bohuslav dying, but don't worry about that. You'll be given a total of three objectives:

- Help the sick and wounded
- Optional: Procure 100 x Meat
- Optional: Secure better living conditions

The important thing is to not let any of the patients die. Three of the five patients will start to die from the third day onwards: these are Hannes, Thomas and Philip.

To secure better living conditions for the patients, speak to Nicodemus - the monk at the alchemist's bench - and ask "Why are they so badly provided for?". You'll find out it's the Custodian's responsibility. Don't go looking for him now, as he'll enter the infirmary in a cutscene later on. This cutscene will always trigger after you've helped your third patient.

The patients:

- Insomniac: give him a Lullaby potion (this is optional, as you won't be able to talk to him if you save him till last)

- Quarryman Semek: talk to him a second time to give him 1 x Comfrey

After helping the third patient, Custodian Sir Sebastian will enter the infirmary, so save beforehand, and drink a Bard potion if you plan on passing the speech check.

- Hannes from Skalitz: he needs 10 x bandages. If you have First Aid II, you can do it yourself; otherwise have Nicodemus do it

The cutscene now plays, after which you can try and pass a speech check (14) for some reputation. If your reputation with the Custodian is low, you might still fail even if you can match his level. Either failing the speech check or saying "Johanka doesn't need anything from you" will see Henry thrown in jail until the next morning. If you have any doubts, choose "I won't intrude."

You'll now have a chance to talk to him a second time about those supplies, but only if you spoke to Nicodemus earlier. Tell him Johanka talks about him "A little." You can then pass another speech check or give him the money for the supplies: 150 Groschen.

Thomas and Philip will need to be examined, which will prompt the objective to ask Johanka about their respective conditions.

- Thomas: If you have First Aid III, you'll be able to set the broken bone in his leg there and then. The alternative will be to visit the Rattay Executioner, Hermann. He has a speech level of around 2 and a charisma level of 0; he can also be payed 70 Gr.

- Philip: You'll be given the objective to ask Father Simon for help. If you've completed A Man of the Cloth, he'll be in Rovna. Talking to him is necessary to be able to give Philip the Artemisia Potion. You'll have to wait two hours before the objective is completed.

If you don't have First Aid III, the most efficient sequence will be to visit the Rattay Executioner first and then travel to Rovna, as Father Simon will be sitting in front of his house even at night.

Talk to Thomas again afterwards and he'll tell you he'll be happy to help you should you ever need any information about goings-on in Sasau. This refers to the main quest "If you can't beat 'em" (#17). It's no more than a timesaver, though, so don't feel like you need to rush starting In God's Hands.

As you've now helped the four patients needed to complete the quest, talk to Johanka, who'll thank you for saving everyone.
