Okay, this machine and it's schematics aren't very detailed and at first it looks like there isn't a sure fire way to beating it. Well there is, and it has to do with the cannon and the archers. All you have to do is deflect the fireballs back at all but one of the archers and the Infernal Machine will bring out it's chain ball thingy so you can deal periodic massive damage; all in time to dodge it's charge attack. Rinse and repeat after that. :)
