You thought it was over right? Guess again! I told you I would get this done and I’m making sure that it will be done. Sora’s side is done and now we move on to what happened with Riku.
Riku is not like Sora in terms of gameplay. His gameplay is different. For example, each world you go to, you get a different deck. Sometimes you get a good deck and other times you get a lame deck. How it goes depends on you. In the case of Hollow Bastion, you have a pretty good deck to start with. Your first boss is Maleficent so watch out for her attacks. Thankfully you have the cards to counter her and deliver the damage.
After Hollow Bastion, you encounter Ansem the Seeker of Darkness. You get a tutorial on “Rapid Break” and Card Duel. Card Duel is important cause if you break the enemy’s cards, you get access to some powerful sleights. Use it to your advantage if needed. We also get access to D Mode where after breaking a few cards, you can go into dark mode and deliver serious attacks, stronger sleights, etc.
Now the journey is on. Also it’s going to be short with us just cleaning house and beating bad guys. In Part 2, we head to Neverland.
