Basically, after getting knocked off the tower I needed time to unwind, so I took care of the remaining items in Olympus Colosseum and handled what item grabs I could there without further level grinding.

Yes, doing each tournament solo and then with the time limit gets you extra things. I still can't beat the Hercules Tournament yet though so not sure where to go next...
