Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes Spoiler Review
5Hey everyone, this video is full of major spoilers so if you haven’t seen the movie yet, don’t watch this. I had to change my grade to an A+ the more I sat on my thoughts for the movie. The world building is easily my favorite aspect of this movie. The slow pacing I didn’t even notice when I watched it last weekend cause I couldn’t take my eyes off the screen, I was so invested in this world and I really cared about the characters. Also, every Apes film has had A list actors whereas with Kingdom it’s mostly an unknown cast and just based on the fact alone that everyone gave really great performances, your watching the characters and that’s all you think about, just the characters, not the actors and that’s one of the many reasons I like this movie more than Rise. One more thing I forgot to mention in the recording, I also really liked how Noa became curious of space, for example, a model of the planets, a mural of an astronaut and lastly whatever he saw in the large telescope that I assume we will see in the next film. Once again cementing the idea of space into the reboot series that was prominent in the 68 film. I think I’ve covered everything, one of my longer videos in awhile but here it’s justified cause there’s so much to discuss.
