I've been introduced to King's Field. I've played both Echo Night games. King's Field was a dose of pure FROM SOFTWARE roots in their polygonal glory. Tight first sections and then you grow so strong that nothing is much of a problem. Then you find overpowered gear and breeze through the rest of the game. The level design was rather primitive, but also charming. What about the second game?
