9Welcome to my Let's Play Series for King's Quest VI: Heir Today, Gone Tomorrow! If you're familiar with my channel, you know I'm a massive Sierra On-Line fan, but somehow I've never gotten around to playing King's Quest VI. Let's correct that oversight!
We all remember Prince Alexander, right? The kid from King's Quest III? Well, when we rejoin him here in King's Quest VI, he's haunted by the memory of Princess Cassima. Their paths intertwined during the events of King's Quest V, as Alexander's father, King Graham, rescued Princess Cassima from the clutches of the malevolent wizard Mordack. However, fate has kept them apart ever since that chance encounter.
A glimmer of hope emerges when the Magic Mirror grants Alexander a glimpse of Cassima's. Driven by this vision, Alexander embarks on a journey across treacherous waters to the Land of the Green Isles, only to find himself at the mercy of a violent storm. Cast ashore, he stands alone, stripped of everything save for the tattered garments clinging to his body.
