I have completed the main story, but there is still more to this game left to do. I then go to save the remaining Waddle Dees and then show off the Ultimate Cup in the Colosseum, where you can fight all of the boss fights, including the final boss.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

After beating the game, you will unlock Volume 4 Figures, the Waddle Live! Corner Stage is there, this is where you can listen to music from this game, and you can pay the 1000 Star Coins to unlock more songs, and you can increase the power of Copy Abilities using Star Coins and Rare Stones, some good ones to power up are Dragon Fire or Blizzard Ice, and I have seen some say Toy Hammer is really good when powered up.
On the map, you can go to Lab Discovera from Redgar Forbidden Lands, even though you do get sent there immediately after beating Forgo Dedede, however, I do go back to the Wastes Where Life Began to show that you can enter the hotel, which I didn't even know about at the time, you do get a lot of Star Coins through there.
After saving all 300 Waddle Dees, when you return to Waddle Dee Town, you will notice statues of Kirby and Elfilin are added there. Then I enter the Colosseum, and there are 12 battles there, the best Abilities to go with are Dragon Fire for beating bosses quicker, or Blizzard Ice if you want to go defensive. If you find Deep Sleep, you can use that to heal up and receive a boost, and the bosses in Rounds 1 to 9 are random, there is the mid-boss fights with Wild Edge and Fleurina, and the mid-boss fights with Wild Frosty and Wild Bonkers, and for boss fights, you fight against Gorimondo, Tropic Woods, Clawroline, Meta Knight, King Dedede, Sillydillo, and Forgo Dedede at any order, but for rounds 10 to 12, you fight against Leongar, Fecto Forgo, and Fecto Elfilis in that order.
After completing the Ultimate Cup for the first time, you receive a figure for Fecto Elfilis, and this is a good way to grind Star Coins and Rare Stones, you do get 1 Rare Stone per run, I would say the Meta Knight Cup is the quickest way as you fight against six bosses, and you get 500 Star Coins and 1 Rare Stone, while in the Ultimate Cup, you get 1500 Star Coins and 1 Rare Stone, and if you lose a round, you get to pay 100 Star Coins, and for each loss, the cost doubles.
You can find King Dedede with a bunch of Waddle Dees, and I did notice that King Dedede is laying down the same way he does his crouch animation in the Super Smash Bros. series, if you talk to the Minion Waddle Dee, you can receive a blueprint for Masked Hammer, which is the most powerful Hammer upgrade, it is faster and more powerful, it has the same power as Wild Hammer, but it has higher Rapid-Fire than Toy Hammer. Masked Hammer is based on Forgo Dedede, where for your combo attack, you can create fire tornados, and for the jump attack, when you land, you create three fire tornados, this evolved Copy Ability does improve on the slow but powerful approach with Wild Hammer. I have always found it unusual that Waddle Dees have been enemies in past Kirby games, and this could be why the Parasol and Beam Copy Abilities aren't in this game, because you get Beam from a Waddle Doo, and the Parasol Ability from a Parasol Waddle Dee, and in this game, the Awoofies have taken over that role, and the main quest is to rescue the Waddle Dees, they are not really bad species, they usually serve King Dedede, who tends to be a misguided villain or gets mind controlled, which was what happened to King Dedede in this game.
Unlocking Masked Hammer allows you to access the Treasure Road for Wild Hammer, where you fight hordes of enemies, and at the end, you fight against Bonkers and a group of Mookies, but this is not the last Treasure Road, as there is one more Evolved Copy Ability remaining, which is not available until later on in the game.
