With the cancellation of the Nintendo Switch Pro, I feel like this was supposed to be a bigger open world Kirby game but was scaled back due to the limitations of the Switch hardware.
All gameplay is taken from the Nintendo Switch OLED and my opinions are based on playing in handheld mode.
