Kitaria Fables Review - Rune Factory 5 delayed? Try this Cozy Co-Op Game! (Switch PS4 PS5 PC XBOX)
203Review copy provided by publisher. Rune Factory, Story of Seasons, Harvest Moon, Stardew Valley - these are all games that have been named as an inspiration for Kitaria Fables. In this video I review Kitaria Fables and tell you everything you need to know while showing gameplay of the farming simulation element, real-time classless RPG combat with weapons and magic spells and more.
In terms of comparisons, I think Rune Factory is the closest, but Kitaria Fables is more of a casual experience. With 'casual' I mean that there are no levels, skill levels, seasons, forced bedtime, overarching stamina bar... in other words it's just more simplistic. Aside from that, there aren't any bonding/relationship events like you may expect from these games. All of these things don't have to be bad though - it just depends on what you're looking for in games like this.
