0Boy is this game HARD! I mean that in the sense of difficulty. While the racing mechanics are spot on this is definitely NOT like Mario Kart and more inline with Need for Speed. You drive fast and ONE false move can easily spell doom for the entire race and I mean that! While I score this game a 7.5/10 in the video - and I stand by that - this definitely is NOT an easy game for kids. Outside of the focused racing you have to contend with all manner of obstacles ontop of the very real threat of being bumped off track by the very aggressive AI. Don't get me started on physics! Catch a corner or hit a bump and you are liable to either be flung off course or come to a complete and utter STOP! I know I sound negative but I just want to prepare anyone thinking of picking this up for the world of restarts they are going to go through just to complete the first set tracks in Story Mode. I definitely see this as a good game overall though especially with friends that like the thought of racing dirty, driving their favorite Hot Wheels, and having a virtually unlimited number of tracks to download or create. If this sounds up your alley then pick this game UP! BUT maybe wait for a sale that puts it at a much more reasonable $35 - $40 ballpark. Thank you and enjoy watching me fail ;p
