0As I was approaching the airport, the FMC wanted to take me out to BERBN, which conflicted with where the Los Angeles Center wanted to take me. I explained the anomaly after investigating the flight plan, but after that, the controller instructed me to fly to BERBN anyway. When I flew to ROAMN, the next waypoint, the controller told me to fly heading 330 to "give me a shortcut," but I was still at 8,000 feet. Starting the approach high and off the centerline, chaos ensues. I will upload a part 2, which is the same flight from a passenger's perspective about 18 hours after this video comes out.
