Klonoa and Hewpoe have arrived at Jugpot and it doesn't take long to figure out why there isn't any water flowing to Forlock Forest. For whatever reason, the water is flowing backwards causing the forest to wilt.\n\nSo continuing along, we eventually meet a captured fish named Karal. Upon freeing him, he shows his gratitude to our heroes and asks them to help free his mother who's been under the spell of some strangers that passed through.
