A not too difficult fight.

You mainly want to dodge the orb when Von Bon swings his staff.
You can dodge it by jumping over it forward. If you want to be safe, just stand behind him.
The white clock decreases your time by 8 seconds, so try to stay out of it.
If you get Von Bon on the dark clock, you can increase your timer.

Somewhere around 10% hp, he'll start to spam a push back move and teleport around. By then he won't be using the clocks anymore, so make sure you have enough time left and try to defeat him.

Overall difficulty is easy.
