I think it's impossible to defeat him in normal mode on first playthrough. You need Dragon Blaze skill which you need defeat Botis on easy first to get it, then replay the game until you face him again on normal. Make sure at least your level is 70 & Reiya equiped with 100% crit ring from Grojis final bonus boss.
