More accurately, this is a combo that stems from patch 2.41.

The patch has brought some good news and bad news for Liz's TOD potential:

The bad news, she can no longer juggle opponents with more than one normal fireball (outside of cancelling fireball into 2363214P super). The good news, perhaps due to adjustments made to her fireball, she can now do TODs in the corner, instead of needing specific stage positioning for being able to follow up after CD, 236A. However, another bit of bad news, because she can't juggle with more than one normal fireball, it severely limits her combo options due to the limited damage that comes with the change. Hence, why the change up to doing standing D instead of standing C for juggles (notice that the resulting damage is 1002).

Hopefully, this video will serve as a jumping off point for my colleagues out there in figuring out other creative options (that don't require enabling counter hit). Until then, this might be a fixed route (hopefully not).
