When a tech glitch happens with a stockbroker, most of the traders do not even file a complaint. Yes, there are minimal chances of getting a refund but filing a complaint is the least that needs to be done.

We always advice people to file the complaint in such a case, they may do it on their own as well.

In one such case, where the trader reached out to us, we had a decent arguement with the full-service banking stockbroker involved.

Sometimes, the broker get very aggressive in counsellings so that the client gets scared and do not move to arbitration.
