This is the Omni Presence Over Mortals Storyline. (Part 1)

SUMMARY
The Traveler is appointed Captain of the Watatsumi Island resistance's Swordfish II special ops unit by Sangonomia Kokomi. After proving themselves against rogue Ronin, the Traveler earns the trust of their new team members.

Kokomi then assigns the Traveler a special mission to investigate mysterious supply thefts from islands between Watatsumi and Inazuma City. Before departing, the Traveler spends time with their ally Gorou getting to know the resistance forces.

Gorou has been promoted to captain his own unit, much to the Traveler's surprise. He seems overly confident, but his enthusiasm to support the resistance is admirable. With their ties to Watatsumi Island strengthened, the Traveler prepares to set sail for their special ops mission.
