Kondescending Kinsmarck #IV: Concerning Copyright
6The logic so many use to tear down the legality of the "let's play" format, insisting that they may only exist at the mercy of any given game's developers, is as foolish as it is flawed, lacking it is even a fundamental understanding of the law and the protections in place for creators.
I offer here a few honest inquiries regarding the extension of the logic which so many employ in their anti-creator arguments, applying that logic to other realms, formats, and scenarios.
The logic either fails...or a great - oh so very great - many people have infringed en-masse upon the copyrights of a multitude of companies the globe over. I leave it up to you to decide which of those possibilities is most likely.
