Some of the commands I used in this video below ►
Hold left click on mouse to create the box then hit CTRL+C to copy the box
Under video effects (where motion is) you can also edit the edge feather to make it feather more - forgot to tell myself this video
~ on keyboard will make the highlighted box
go into full box
if you want full screen hit CTRL + ~ above the TAB key
on your keyboard (note: I'm using USA type keyboard)
