Keane didn't really discover this "tech", meaning Galio ADC, but he did invent this op comp, and thereafter masters it in a 16 hour long stream through many many trials and errors. And he has found a recipe, he knows when to roll, how to econ, and what to play early, mid and lategame to hit this comp as often as possible.
