After receiving some feedback from Zeltik, I tried a few new ideas! First, I decided to hold the Korok scene for three frames at the start, instead of transitioning immediately. Second, I played with the transition velocity for both the start and end, making it so the initial frames move a little slower, spike towards the middle, and slow down slightly at the end. Finally, I opted for a drop shadow instead of feathered edges. I also moved the scene to the bottom right, instead of the bottom left. Since I'll be playing with pro hud, this made more sense. Let me know if you like it!
