The Kosovo War was an armed conflict in Kosovo that lasted from 28 February 1998 until 11 June 1999.

In this scenario the KLA (Kosovo Liberation Army) control the village and the surrounding areas, a Serbian patrol is under heavy fire from the KLA and the call for backup, the Serb reinforcements are skilled in counter-terrorism and clear the village of all KLA fighters, the KLA launch an abortive attack to retake the village but this fails and the KLA withdraw from the area.
