KSP 2 - OG tests version 0.1.5.0.
7The KSP 2 patch 0.1.5.0. is here.
Even though I was BITTERLY disappointed by the 0.1.4.0. patch, I decided to give Starfield a short break and to give this patch a test run.
Choosing a Mün mission, I put the new patch through its paces to see what's better, what's the same and what's worse.
I must say, I was pleasantly surprised.
Is it a fully working game now - hell no - I encountered numerous issues (all shown in the video), BUT - it is a PLAYABLE game - FAR more so than in the past! As I remarked: this is the KSP 2 we should have received when it first launched, the one we paid $50 for - only to have been so terribly disappointed.
If the team stay on this trajectory, then they will reach their goals. This is the first time I have felt genuinely positive about KSP2 since I first played it. So the good news is, there is still hope!
KSP 2, I'm Looking forward to 0.1.6.0 - or maybe the Science update - don't disappoint us!
I'm a jack of all trades, master of some. I've been a gamer for four decades, and now I think it's time to share some of that experience and joy with others. I love space games: at the moment I play KSP 1 & 2, Juno: New Origins and Elite: Dangerous, and I've played many MANY more in the past!

(Right now I'm really limited in terms of PC time, I'm hoping a large inverter/battery etc could solve that issue. PC's become very power hungry when they game and encode videos!)
