A long while back there's been discussion about the "RAM Processor" cart for SFC which was designed to help small devs make games. Apparently, some of the results were broadcast on Satellaview. These may be in some 8M packs somewhere!

This footage of "Easy Racer" is from kukun kun's YouTube. Perhaps someone was desperate to get Mario Kart on there. Well, this isn't an ideal substitute, but nevertheless!
