3A demonstration of the port of Kyat to HTML5 (and Flash, not shown).
Developed by Chris and Matt from Game-Hackers.com, Kyat (HTML5 Version) uses the NowJS module for Node JS as a networking backbone. The MMO is rendered via the HTML5 canvas and is written in javascript. While we refer to this as a port, all code was written from scratch. We only call it a port because it is the same art and gameplay concepts. An alpha release is expected in the near future. Stay tuned to Game-Hackers.com!
