L4D on 360 needs a patch

0Left 4 Dead came out on the 360 and is just one of the small little issues with this otherwise great game. I don't think the player was intended to go down there...at least not as a human.
Hopefully there will be a patch, one that Team Fortress 2 on the Xbox 360 never got.
