I was playing Left 4 Dead 2 with my friends, and an odd situation happened. We were on The Parish campaign, and I was waiting near the exit of the graveyard section for everybody to catch up to me. Then I get Boomer biled, and as the slime thins out, all of a sudden there is a Tank right next to me.

My question is: Where the heck did it come from? The Tank music wasn't playing, and the ground only started to shake after the Boomer bile wore off. We did notice some oddities with how game behaved during this play session. Maybe there were server issues and the Tank lag spawned?
