One of the biggest oddities is that one of the demo boundaries is somehow forced and if you try to change that it just jumps back.

Also outside those boundaries the map just stops rendering and if you drive back, collisions won't load in correctly anymore.

Interesting how many different billboards are outside the playable area that are not in the final at all. (Well in low resolution because they do not render in HD there).
West Coast Customs is untextured probably because they did not add the textures to the demo i guess (or that was not even implemented at all).
