Pretty tough fight. Nitori has one of the hardest hitting attacks in the game (possibly THE hardest in your party post patch) and a good all round buff, as well as generally strong attacks.
Thankfully, unlike her party character version, her strongest attack is Fire Elemental, so equip fire resistant gear on your tank and the battle should be manageable.
She's weak to fire also, so Patchy and Yuugi work her the best.

PS: Suwako didn't paralyze her ONCE. She's out.
PS2: That's it for Labyrinth for the moment. After this part there are several floors blocked by several different flip-flop switches that work on all floors. It's pretty complicated and I'm not passed that part yet :/ I'll revisit the game some time again, but not soon.
