My main equipment for Reisen seem wrong, maybe I don't check the rest of description.
My main tactic is debuff, buff DEF, damage this boss at the same time.
This boss has two strong single attack, it target 1 of 2 left spot at the front line from my experience, put a tank in the 1st spot and buff DEF for that tank. This boss also have 2 AOE attack with some aliment effect, low damage so you don't need to worry much about those attack.
