Labyrinth of Touhou Rebirth is a mod/hack created by EthanSilver and can be applied to a 2.04 version of Labyrinth of Touhou 1 (That's the base game with Plus Disc. It's not compatible with Special Disc).

Rebirth changes the design of some of the floors, swaps some of the recruitable characters with new ones and polishes some parameters to make the game less grindy. With new characters come new boss-battles, of course.
There weren't any noteworthy new encounters from Tewi until the notorious Iron Maze, but taking the place of Tenshi is the teensy-tiniest character in all of Touhou. I'd like to say something along the lines of "don't underestimate her just because she is small". Truth is, she's really not all too difficult.
