Lake Powell is an odd course, since it transitions from sunset to night all of sudden. Oh well. It's an old game, so logic doesn't really need to be heavy. Lake Powell is kind of tough, but it lacks any tricky shortcuts that some courses like Arctic Circle have (aka using the Hydro Jump). Lake Powell's also the only course locale to make another appearance in Hydro Thunder Hurricane.
