0This is what residents have to deal with on weekly basis with rubbish from people's windows, litter, household waste and fly-tipping. This is an L&Q managed property, yet they continually fail the tenants by ignoring the underlying problems, so they occur week-after-week. People deserve better than this especially as L&Q can afford to invest in new developments across the capital with a operating surplus of £279 Million for the tax year 2019/20.
